WC PTO Meeting January 23, 2008 7pm
6:30 PM Social Time
7:00 PM Opened meeting with Pledge and Prayer.
Debbie Walker gave Treasurer’s Report.
OLD BUSINESS
I. Motion was made to keep left over Otis Cookie dough and give to the students for Catholic
School Week. Motion made by Michelle Lemon. 2nd by Debbie Walker.
NEW NEWS
I. Catholic School Week is January 28- February 1. There are many activities planned this week
for the students. There will be a letter sent home soon with all activities listed.
II. Mid February we will be selling Chocolate Candies and Bunnies at $5.00 each. Delivery will
be the week before Easter. More information will be sent home ASAP.
III. Tuesday, February 26 the Philharmonic String Quartet will be coming at 9 am to perform.
IV. Mid March the 3-5 graders will be going with Sister Susan to the Philharmonic trip.
V. April 9 the Blue Apple Players will be coming again to perform the Princess and the Pea.
Starting time 9 am.
VI. This year is election time for new officers for PTO. Anyone interested please let a current
officer know. Officers hold a 2 year term. We encourage any parent with children from grade
school to high school to consider running for PTO. It would be great to see new and old faces
coming together.
Meeting ended at 7:30 with a closing prayer.
